Expo 2026 Vendor Booking

The Community Expo is the vibrant heart of Pride in Liverpool. Hosted inside the ACC, it brings together charities, community groups, independent traders and brands in one shared space where thousands of attendees come to connect, shop and discover.

Whether you’re a local artist, a community organisation or a commercial partner, the Expo gives you a platform to engage directly with the community and showcase what you do.

Booking for 2026 is simple — choose your package, complete your details and secure your space online. Each booking includes space within the indoor Expo and accreditation for up to 4 staff members to manage your stall.

Spaces are limited and demand is high, so early booking is strongly recommended.

Before you book

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking — spaces are not reserved without payment.
  • All prices are subject to VAT.
  • You must provide valid Public Liability Insurance and a Risk Assessment within 7 days of booking.
  • Bookings include up to 4 staff passes. Additional passes are charged at £50 + VAT per person.
  • Traders selling 18+ products will be placed in a dedicated, age-controlled area where applicable.
  • Cancellations are subject to our standard cancellation policy.

What happens next:

Make payment securely online to confirm your space.

Receive your booking confirmation by email.

Submit your required documents, including Public Liability Insurance and Risk Assessment.

Receive final event details and arrival instructions closer to the event.
